I couldn’t ask for a better realtor group!!!! Honestly, Vickie was amazing. We were looking for a unique home and did not want to compromise on anything, and Vickie never made us feel like we were being unreasonable or had too high of expectations, she was right there with us every step of the way and never gave up finding our dream home which we did!!! We also felt safe with Vickie, she watched out for us and made sure that we didn’t feel pressured or get sucked into a money pit. We found our perfect home thanks to Colovos/Soupos Group!

Vicki was nothing short of amazing through what started as a stressful and emotional sale of our home in Park Ridge. Vickie changed my life.. literally. I never thought I’d find my forever home during the pandemic, but not only did she help me find the home of my dreams, she also negotiated the most competitive deal far below my maximum price. Her attentiveness and personal touch throughout the whole experience made me feel like I was her only client, even though I know how busy she actually is! Oh, and we closed in under 30 days so I can get in quickly and renovate with the extra money she saved me!

Vickie has been great. She has excellent knowledge of investment properties and has been there to walk me through each deal we’ve looked at. More so, she takes every prospective buy personally and is invested in her clients. Vickie is by far the best real estate agent to have on your team. She also drove 2 hours through a snowstorm in order for me to be able to close! Thank you, Vickie!

Vicky has a great professional approach and she was very fast and flexible all the times we worked together. Every time we viewed a new property she would comment home inspection, problems and quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. because of her valuable experience. Vickie also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation and knocked down competition with smart choices. She is very helpful, analytical and friendly and you feel confident that she understands exactly what your requirements are.
